We do not take orders “on-line”--please CALL our toll free number 800-211-5084 or 505-344-7955 or email sales@aircraftwidgets.com to place an order.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

SHIPPING

Aircraft Widgets will ship via UPS, USPS Priority or Fed X.

Shipping charges will be calculated – customers will be contacted before items are shipped and charged.  

Note:  If you prefer a different carrier or your address does not accept UPS, USPS or Fed X; please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal Information:

When ordering, a customer will need to provide certain information such as name, address, phone, email, credit card number, etc.  This information is for billing purposes only, and to complete and ship the order.  Telephone numbers are needed if there is a question regarding the order.

Credit card numbers are never kept—they are destroyed after order are complete

We do not sell or trade your personal information with any outside company.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return merchandise, please call customer service at 800-211-5084 or 505-344-7955 within 30 days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted without authorization.

• All returns must include a return authorization number
• All returns must be returned within 30 days
• All returns must be 100% complete and with ALL original manufacturer boxes and packaging materials.  If not complete, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed
• Items damaged in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt.  Please save all shipping boxes if the items were damaged in shipping.   The shipping companies may come out to inspect the merchandise and the boxes in which they were shipped.
